The 2025 Socca Champions League brings together 106 teams from all over Europe, divided into three competitive paths, each leading to its own stage and opportunities within the tournament structure.
Path A – Winning Teams Path
A total of 44 teams participate in this path, divided into 11 groups of 4 teams.
Following the group stage, 24 teams will qualify directly to the Round of 32 of the Socca Champions League.
This path gathers national champions and top-performing teams from across Europe, ensuring high-level competition and strong representation from every league.
Path B – Contract Teams Path
This path features 56 teams, organized into 14 groups of 4 teams.
At the conclusion of the group stage, 16 teams advance to the play-in round. From there, the 8 winners secure their place in the Round of 32 of the Socca Champions League, joining the 24 qualified teams from Path A.
Additionally, 18 more teams from Path B will continue their journey in Path C, entering a secondary competition and maintaining their chance to win an international trophy.
Path C – Conference Path
Path C begins with 6 teams from Greece, competing in the first two days of the tournament for ranking positions.
In the second round, these teams are joined by 18 teams from Path B, creating a dynamic field of clubs battling for the Conference Trophy, a separate and prestigious competition within the overall event structure.
In total, this tournament system ensures that every team, regardless of its initial path, has a clear and fair opportunity to compete at the international level — whether in the TUI Socca Champions League Knockout stage or in the Conference Trophy, celebrating the true spirit of global Socca competition.
