Over several days, Tirana transformed into the center of European small-sided football, welcoming thousands of fans, players and officials from across the continent in an unforgettable celebration of the game.

Spain showed consistency, quality and resilience throughout the tournament and ultimately lifted the trophy after overcoming the number one in the World Kazakhstan in the final. Meanwhile, Serbia secured third place to round off an impressive campaign.

MVP of the tournament was awarded to Markel Garcia following his outstanding performances throughout the competition.

International SOCCA Federation President Christoph Köchy praised the tournament and highlighted the continued growth of the sport across Europe and worldwide:

“We are extremely proud of this edition of the SOCCA Euro in Tirana. Breaking the record with 28 participating nations is another important step forward for our sport and proves once again that SOCCA continues to grow year after year. The atmosphere, the passion and the quality on the pitch were outstanding throughout the entire tournament.”

“A huge thank you goes to the Local Organising Committee in Albania for their incredible work and hospitality. They delivered a fantastic event for all players, officials and fans. And the biggest event of the year is still to come, with the SOCCA World Cup later this year. The future of SOCCA is very exciting.”

The International SOCCA Federation also expressed its gratitude to the Albanian hosts, volunteers, partners and supporters who helped make the event one of the most successful European Championships in SOCCA history.

With the SOCCA Euro now concluded, attention already turns toward the upcoming SOCCA World Cup 2026, which promises to continue the momentum of one of the fastest-growing football formats in the world.
