The inaugural 2018 Socca World Cup took place in Lisbon, Portugal, at the purpose-built Trunkwala Stadium, from 23-29 September. Germany conquered Poland 1–0 in the final. The match was refereed by Mark Clattenburg
In the third place match it was Russiawho took the honours after a 2-1 victory over Portugal.
