Tim heads up the legal side for ISF and is responsible for all contracts, insurance and legal aspects of all events run by the ISF. Tim is an international sports lawyer who was educated at Cambridge University in the UK and has been a Director of numerous law firms as well as an Executive on numerous global sports bodies.

Thanos leads the administrative team with primary responsibility for the organisation and operation of all ISF events around the world. Thanos’ background is in marketing and he also owns a large Greek sports marketing agency.

Tom has over a decade of experience operating hundreds of small-sided leagues and competitions across the UK and is highly experienced in the production of sports events and their implementation. Tom has been the lead Director for the UK national finals.

Christoph is a sponsorship expert and heads up the sponsorship team whilst also overseeing the TV production for the ISF. Christoph has many years’ experience in procuring sponsorship across the world on behalf of sports organisations.

Hannah leads the central administration unit of the ISF and all communication with the ISF is primarily dealt with by Hannah. Hannah is the first point of contact for all ISF members and assists Janie with her work in international relations. Hannah is a Master Graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Martin was a professional referee in the UK and also is heavily involved in UK sponsorship and has contacts with major worldwide sports brands. Martin is the lead point of contact for all international ISF match officials. |

Wojciech operates Poland’s largest small-sided leagues organisation and has experience in operating sporting events, marketing them, and technical promotion over a wide range of disciplines in the industry. Wojciech is responsible for leading the video production and promotional aspects of the ISF’s output.

Stephanie has over 20 years’ experience in organising and managing hundreds of leagues across the UK, America and Asia and is the most experienced operator and organiser of small-sided leagues anywhere in the world. Stephanie has been in a number of leading positions within the small-sided industry in the UK including CEO, COO and Directorships across a multiple of disciplines.

As Tournament Director, Julia is responsible for implementing the rules, regulations and overseeing the smooth operation of ISF tournaments. Julia is experienced in managing key events and ensures that, at the tournament level, everything runs smoothly on match days

Richard holds the role of the Clinical Director and Senior Surgeon at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend. Alongside his hospital work Richard has worked for teams such as Crusaders RLFC, Wales RL, South Wales Scorpions RLFC, Cook Islands RL, Bridgend Ravens,Fiji National Team and Newport Gwent Dragons. He holds the ICIS level 3 accreditation for medical professionals working within professional sport.

A gifted designer with an eye for a detail and a sense of the bold, Jack heads the design team at the ISF.
With a background in large corporate projects, as well as small sided football and being a naturally talented sportsman, Jack’s abilities ensure that ISF always remain on the cutting edge.

Andy is an experienced journalist with a first class honours degree in Sports Journalism. He has been a writer for almost 20 years, providing articles for national magazines and local newspapers.
As well as working in the small sided football industry for over a decade, Andy scribbles extensively on music. He is responsible for the content of the ISF website.

James is a TV and film professional whose portfolio includes a number of documentaries which have aired on UK television as well as having directed mini-documentaries, TV adverts and other promotional features.
James leads a forward thinking department incorporating computer design and animation alongside his film work and heads up the Federation’s visual media output.

His wonderful eye for composition and his eye for the innovative angle, means his his work compels like few others.

With his background in the leading provider of leagues in Germany, Marc will ensure the Champions League will grow and be the central pillar of club socca throughout Europe

One of the finest up and coming referees in Germany, Florian has shown his cool head and clear decision making abilities in numerous high-profile leagues and tournaments around the world.
Promoted to a senior role after his showing in the 2018 Socca World Cup, Florian will be an invaluable member of the referees team.

John Gwynne is a well known British sports commentator and reporter, particularly famed for his work on Sky Sports’ weekly football programme, Gillette Soccer Saturday, as well as covering darts and cricket for the broadcaster.
John has been nicknamed ‘the voice of sport’ in the UK, with 30 years experience of professional sports commentary under his belt.

Howard Bentham is a renowned stadium announcer, presenter, reporter and voiceover artist in the UK.
He has acted as stadium announcer at the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games as well as the 2015 Rugby Union World Cup and 2002 Commonwealth Games.
He is the lead announcer for a range of sports in the UK including hockey, rugby, badminton, cricket and rowing.
Betham has also won a number of awards for his radio work.

Nick Irvine is a UK sports commentator, well known for his coverage of major field hockey tournaments featured on channels including Eurosport, BBC, BSkyB, BT Sport and Setanta.
Nick has been the commentator for hockey at the Olympic Games in London, Sydney and Athens, and is widely regarded for his knowledge, opinion and passion on sport.

One of the finest, most experienced and iconic football managers around, Ron Atkinson rose to prominence by leading Cambridge United to the football league. He then moved to West Brom – where his team became synonymous with some of the finest attacking football of the 70s and 80s. He was tempted to the glamour of Manchester United, where he won the FA Cup twice, before trophy laden spells at Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday. He was brought back into football by the ISF in December 2018
